Welcome to the Beechwood Educational Foundation donation portal, powered by Solafund. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of this website (give.zetafiji.com) and any donation made through it. By accessing or using this site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

1. Purpose of This Site

This site exists to facilitate charitable donations to the Beechwood Educational Foundation. Beechwood Educational Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization supporting educational initiatives and scholarships for Beechwood Educational Foundation students. All donation transactions are securely processed through the Solafund platform using Stripe, a trusted payment processor.

2. Donation Processing

  • Payment Gateway: Donations are processed via Stripe on behalf of Solafund.
  • Fees: A total processing fee of 4.4% + $0.30 per transaction applies. This includes Stripe’s standard fee (2.9% + $0.30) and a 1.5% platform fee retained by Solafund for technology and service costs.
  • Receipts: You will receive an automated confirmation email after your donation.
  • Recurring Donations: If you set up recurring gifts, you authorize Solafund and Stripe to charge your selected payment method automatically at the interval you choose. You may cancel or update recurring donations anytime by contacting Beechwood Educational Foundation or Solafund.

3. Tax-Deductible Status

Donations to Beechwood Educational Foundation are tax-deductible to the fullest extent permitted by law. Please retain your donation receipt for tax purposes. Solafund does not provide legal or tax advice. Donors should consult their tax professional for specific guidance.

4. Refund Policy

Because donations are irrevocable gifts, all donations are final and non-refundable once processed. If you believe a transaction was made in error or without authorization, please contact Beechwood Educational Foundation immediately at info@bef.zetafiji.com OR support@solfund.io for assistance.

5. Data and Privacy

  • Data Use: Personal information (name, email, and donation amount) is collected solely to process your donation and maintain records.
  • Email Communication: By donating, you may receive limited transactional and impact-related updates from Beechwood Educational Foundation. You may unsubscribe from non-essential communications at any time.
  • Security: Payments are processed securely through Stripe; your full credit card data is never stored or visible to Beechwood Educational Foundation or Solafund.

6. Platform Relationship

Solafund provides the donation infrastructure and payment processing integration for Beechwood Educational Foundation but does not control or manage Beechwood Educational Foundation’s programs or spending. Your charitable contribution is made directly to the Beechwood Educational Foundation, a registered nonprofit organization. Solafund simply facilitates the secure online transaction.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, text, and graphics on this microsite are owned by Beechwood Educational Foundation or used with permission. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

Neither Beechwood Educational Foundation nor Solafund shall be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or donation.
  • Temporary service interruptions, technical errors, or third-party platform issues (including Stripe).

Your use of this site is at your own risk.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The latest version will always appear on this page with the revised date. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
